| Hard Work |
Dear Phil, we’d like to thank you for all of the hard work you’ve done to help us buy our new home. We really appreciate the dedication you’ve shown by doing things like driving to Irvine after hours to get papers signed. Everything you’ve done has been a model of class and integrity, and we look forward to recommending you to friends and family. Thank you for helping us buy our new home!
Many thanks,
Susan & Justin

Greetings,
We sold a property and bought a property with Christina Montes. She was very helpful and always there when I called-no matter what time...and when I missed her, she would always return my call. Christina answered all of our questions and took the time to explain things . We felt secure because she was there for any question we might have had. She did a great job. Christina even had to step in at times to cover and do the job for the listing agent.

RE: Laura Figueroa,

Mr. Phil Aronoff
Unitrust Mortgage Inc.
Dear Mr. Aronoff,
This letter is to thank you for your services provided to obtain
the excellent financing for our new home. Not only did you exceed
our expectations with the rate you were able to secure, you also
stood out in the crowd of individuals we dealt with because of the
consideration and kindness you displayed at all times.
We did not fit the traditional mold for loan qualification and yet because of our strong credit backgrounds, you went the extra mile to open lenders eyes to the possibilities of their meeting our needs. We greatly appreciate your accepting the challenge we presented and the effort you made on our behalf. Now we are settling into our new home and realizing how much you contributed to making that a reality.
Thank you Phil for your guidance, persistence, and knowledge of the lending industry that made it possible to achieve our goal. We strongly recommend you services to anyone searching for excellence from the mortgage field. We certainly found it dealing with Untirust Mortgage.
Sincerely,
Kris and Cindy Haskel

| Unheard Of |
|
Dear Phil,
Since I am retired lawyer and Monika is a real estate broker, we know a better than average job when we see one. The fact that you received remuneration for a task well done is not enough for the fine and conscientiously competent job you did for us. It was not easy to stay on top of everything since we, the major borrowers, were in Washington, DC and our daughter; the purchaser was in San Diego. On top of that, we did not demonstrate the best of usual credentials, though we are excellent risks with a proven record of meeting our real estate obligations. As we all realize, lending institutions are not thoughtful, but generally follow the written word on a “go” or “no go” bases. The fact that our own mortgage holder on our other property who never missed a payment since the day we made our purchase over 10 years ago, and should have realized we have an equity in that valuable covered property that would have well covered our new loan, refused to finance us is clear evidence of the kind of illogical gymnastics you have to deal with in your job. Not only did you get us a loan by being knowledgeable enough to know who to deal with, but you expedited it to timely meet a tight closing day objective—which to me and Monika is almost unheard of.
